“The item I ordered has still not be received and is a Christmas present for my grandaughter - as it it getting very close to Christmas Day I am vey concerned that it hasn’t arrived yet. Please look into this”

Hello Tina, I am ever so sorry you have not yet received your item. I have just checked the tracking for you and I can see it was delivered on 7/12 and there is a photo attached also. “Pleasant company to deal with - goods dispatched promptly, not your fault it took a long time to arrive - only that you used Royal Mail instead of a courier at this time of strikes. Here in time for Christmas now.”

“Order acknowledged immediately on Nov 30th and notified of dispatch. Still not received anything. Will be too late to give as Christmas gift after next Tuesday! Disappointed as I’ve heard great things about products and it is to compliment the dolls house from Santa.”

Hello, I am ever so sorry your item has not arrived. Royal Mail have had multiple strike days over the last few weeks which has caused postal delays nationwide. You can use the tracking in your email to track your order and see it's estimated arrival as it moves through the system. If you need anything else please don't hesitate to email us.
