“Accidently typed in wrong house number so brownies weren't ever received unfortunately. Wasn't even offered a discount to resend them. That would have been so nice.”

Thanks for the review. As per your e-mail correspondence with us, we believed this had been resolved. The brownies were delivered to the address on your order, which turned out to be incorrect. We helped you identify where the parcel had been left a few doors away so that it could be retrieved. We didn't get any further response from you and this review is the first we knew that you didn't have them. Even though we can't take responsibility for customer ordering errors for obvious reasons, we would usually send a replacement as a gesture of goodwill in these circumstances. However, we can obviously only do that if we know they haven't been received. If you want to get back in contact with us to discuss please do at office@homemadebrownie.co.uk.

“Yummy brownies, it’s a shame about the delivery service that you used. They just chucked them down the alleyway and no delivery not through the door. It was a hot day. My dad didn’t no they were there until I check they had been delivered”

“Beautiful Brownies/Blondies. I bought a Few at a Hampshire Farmers Market and fell in Love with them. A week or so later, i was craving more. I went and put in an online order and they arrived, packaged really well and presented lovely in their boxes. The only issue was i didnt order Enough 🤣”

“I ordered a box of 16 various brownies and blondies for an Easter family celebration having received a previous box for Mothering Sunday from one of my children. All flavours were moist and delicious and enjoyed by all. So sorry you have discontinued the almond and cherry one recently. Perhaps reconsider this as it was definitely one of our favourites. Will be purchasing more in the future.”

“I ordered these as a little birthday treat for myself. They are the nicest brownies I have tasted in a long time, with a great choice of flavours. They were delivered exactly on time and nicely packaged. I thought the size of each was a little small to start with, but on reflection they are very rich so get a thumbs up from me. Truly Scrumptious!”
