“The brownies, according to my daughter, were delicious but there was an issue with delivery. DHL claimed to have attempted delivery on the specified day but my daughter, and son-in-law, were both in that day and no delivery was made (they have a ring doorbell). Delivery was not made until the following Monday which was not ideal as the 'surprise' gift was not only late but my daughter knew what it was as she had to arrange a further delivery. I wrote to you immediately to complain but to date have not had the courtesy of a reply.”

“I ordered these as requested by my daughter as an alternative to a traditional cake for her 16th Birthday. She absolutely loved them and was thrilled with every flavour. Customer service was fantastic from start to finish especially as I made an error on my order. It was all quickly rectified with excellant communication throughout. Thank you so much for making my daughters day!”

“As soon as I discovered them I was hooked! Don’t make them any more as these are the best ever! Make smashing presents as well and they can be delivered on the day requested. Absolutely yummy!”

“I received my Brownies from a friend as a gift and they were absolutely delicious! I have since sent them as gifts to family and friends and can confirm that on top of the outstanding quality and taste they are fantastic value, with good customer service and delivery, I would 100% recommend, amazing company ❤️”
