“I love being able to support a local company, My brownies were delicious and didn’t last very long at all yum! I chose to collect because I live fairly near to Basingstoke, my brownies were beautifully packaged and easy to pick up. To anyone thinking about ordering, just do it ! You won’t be disappointed x”

“The brownies were as delicious as they looked. A good variety chosen by my motherinlaw for me and the ingredients were a perfect combination of chocolate, crunchy nuts and sweets with just the right amount of gooey texture to make you want more of them to eat.”

“I was very disappointed as this was a gift for my husband on our anniversary. The brownies had not been cut apart properly and they just broke into pieces. For some reason one of the brownies were wrapped?.”

We're very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your order and experienced an issue with the presentation of your brownies - we appreciate you sharing your feedback with us. Where a Build A Box order includes a coffee caramel brownie, we do wrap these separately to avoid the coffee flavour mixing with other flavours within the box so this is the reason you noticed one of your brownies was wrapped differently. Unfortunately, we've not received any contact from you directly about the brownies breaking apart so we were not aware of an issue with your order.
