Really disappointed. Ordered some brownies for some friends who were going through a difficult time and they were left on their doorstep in 32 degree heat and were ruined. I feel very disappointed as I feel the homemade brownie company should advise their delivery men/women not to leave brownies outside in that kind of heat. I won’t be buying again and feel I have wasted my money.

I am very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the delivery of your order. We strive to provide the best possible all-round ordering experience, so this is very disappointing for us to hear. Accidently typed in wrong house number so brownies weren't ever received unfortunately. Wasn't even offered a discount to resend them. That would have been so nice.

Thanks for the review. As per your e-mail correspondence with us, we believed this had been resolved. The brownies were delivered to the address on your order, which turned out to be incorrect. We helped you identify where the parcel had been left a few doors away so that it could be retrieved. We didn't get any further response from you and this review is the first we knew that you didn't have them. Even though we can't take responsibility for customer ordering errors for obvious reasons, we would usually send a replacement as a gesture of goodwill in these circumstances. Thanks for the review Helen and we're very sorry to hear that you were disappointed. I can see that you ordered our one-off new/experimental flavours box, so it would be really helpful to know which flavour you found dry. Feedback on these new possible flavours has been very positive, but we pride ourselves on only producing fudgy, gooey brownies so we certainly wouldn't want to release a flavour that didn't hit that brief! I have also e-mailed you directly regarding this to try and see if we can resolve the issue. Thanks again for the valued feedback.
