Helen sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy them we never have complaints they are dry. Can you email us please with pictures and your order number.

Thanks for the review Helen and we're very sorry to hear that you were disappointed. I can see that you ordered our one-off new/experimental flavours box, so it would be really helpful to know which flavour you found dry. Feedback on these new possible flavours has been very positive, but we pride ourselves on only producing fudgy, gooey brownies so we certainly wouldn't want to release a flavour that didn't hit that brief! I have also e-mailed you directly regarding this to try and see if we can resolve the issue. Thanks again for the valued feedback.
