“Compared price with another leading online heating oil price comparison site and saved £30.00. A subsequent price drop since delivery resulted in a quote from the aforesaid which was still above what we paid here. No doubt we would have had a better quote subsequent to the price drop from THOC. Will undoubtedly use for future purchases. Contact and tracking all excellent. Thank you THOC>”

“Price fantastic (the best I could find). Confirmation of delivery also very quick. The only niggle was that as soon as the delivery date came through, I called to request a later date due to me not being home that day. Despite this, the delivery was still attempted. I then had a text saying it would come the next day. I stayed in but it never came. I then had another next saying it would be coming the following day - which it did.”

“Competitive price, quick delivery within the timescale specified. Only problem was I requested a call on day before delivery so I can unlock our gates and the tank lock so the delivery can take place. This never happened ( last 2 deliveries) and just luck I was in when the driver arrived this time.”

However, I am a little concerned that it is the bigger suppliers that now seem to deliver to me and may check with some of the smaller independent companies on price as well. Didn't actually get oil due to split in tank. Beware cards left by drivers for new tanks. The company card I was given had had it's license revoked!!”

I have been purchasing my heating oil through the "Heating Oil Club" over the last ten years which equates to two deliveries per annum, my enquires have always led me to believe that on each occasion, I paid the lowest cost per litre in my area. Enough said?”
