“Price was comparable, but I had to wait for the maximum amount of time suggested. 10 workings days is over two weeks when you add days they don’t include when they quote, to pass the order to the company that actually delivers and wait for confirmation. Certas driver and delivery process was clean as expected. Maybe I should go direct next time to eliminate the extra days to hand over and receive confirmation back.”

“Happy that price was competitive. Delivery was problematic in that the driver had a leak on the connection between the hose and my threaded filler pipe. He said it was my thread and tightened the screw connector but it still leaked. I said it was the washer on his hose not making a tight connection. I had a delivery a week previous and there was no problem. The leak delivery d not damage the environment as fuel was collected in a bucket.”

“I like to be able to see the price of oil at the time of ordering and The Heating Oil Club website does just that (not all clubs do). Ordering and delivery has always been efficient and I have never had a problem. Pricing has always been competitive so the HOC gets a thumbs up from me!”

“Until I found the heating oil club I would spend hours trying to find the cheapest heating oil. Now I don't do more than a cursory check. The heating oil club is substantially cheaper than any other site I have come across. The latest time the savings compared to other sites meant I saved over £50 on 1,000 litres on the next cheapest offer. Why go anywhere else?”
