“First time I used The Heating Oil Club. Satisfied although tanker only had 497 ltr on board. Not a problem. Later received invoice for oil although had paid when ordered and sums taken from my own account when I checked. Perhaps a statement rather than an invoice would have been more appropriate.”

“Oil delivered at a good price and earlier than the initial date indicated. the only reason for only giving 4 stars was that it was a slightly nervous wait before I got confirmation of a delivery date, if I had been desperate for oil I would have had a few uncomfortable days hoping for a delivery in time. Will definitely use again.”

“Oil delivered on time BUT I didn't receive the amount of oil I ordered. I wanted 1,000 litres but I received 500 which was noted on the delivery slip. So far it seems the heating oil club will only take payment for 500 litres. These things happen I suppose. At least I have enough now to keep going.”
