“I was a bit nervous as we had never used or heard of the heating oil club before, but they had the best price. The reviews were not good for the oil company delivering. I always look at 3 companies although we are very happy with our current supplier. As I was not confident, I only order the minimum amount, so if anything went wrong, I still had space in my tank for another delivery. I was very pleasantly surprised, the delivery driver was very nice, polite and had a happy smile and nothing was too much trouble. The only problem I encountered was delivery stated: will be delivered by (date) so I was not sure when it was coming and the tank would have been difficult to find, if I had not been at home. At the end of the day we all want the best price we can get, and a friendly driver. Would use his company again if the price was right. Would recommend!”

“After checking with a few other heating oil clubs, the oil club came in with the best price. Oil was quickly dispatched within days of ordering. Unfortunately my oil was delivered into a neighbours tank. This was an error of the delivery company and not down to the oil club. After a few calls / emails i received my delivery. Oil is competitively priced and communication was good. Will use again if price is right.”

“We were very pleased with the price but were a bit unhappy about the passage of time from ordering to delivering of the oil. We are both over 80 and disabled so were getting very worried when delivery didn't happen. Had we been caught with a scam!! Also e-mails were not answered. In future we will have to allow for a longer delay in delivery. The driver was very polite and helpful and to our surprise was working on a Saturday.”
