“Hi The ordering process etc. Is super smooth. The one issue I have is that there is no pre-notification of the delivery by the oil supplier so I was out. This is common practice now for delivery companies and The Club should be asking their suppliers to provide this. 24h notice would be reasonable.”

Thanks so much for your kind and positive comments. The advance notice by suppliers is slightly tricky but we are working on it! However, many of our members ask for notification the day before delivery in their 'special instruction', and that works well.

“I ALWAYS GET A GOOD PRICE ORDERING THROUGH THE OIL CLUB BUT DELIVERY CAN SOME TIMES BE A PROBLEM AS SOME SUPPLIERS TAKE LONGER TO DELIVER THAN OTHERS. I THINK WE COULD DO WITH MORE MEMBERS. I MENTIONED TO A FRIEND THE BENEFITS BUT THEY SAID THEY THOUGHT IT WAS TOO MUCH BOTHER AND THEY JUST PHONE THEIR USUAL SUPPLIER.”

Hello James, thanks for your note and great comments. We do in nearly all cases get to our members within our prescribed window and yes some suppliers seem more efficient than others but all do a great job for us. “1st time I have used T.h.o. and everything was ok, no problem about delivery but, was surprised by the fact my money was taken immediately upon ordering...hence only 4 stars.. I had requested to pay by bank transfer, the same as my previous supplier... Fortunately my bank resources were healthy. Looking back I can see now it was on their conditions in the small print .”
