“What a great service, had a few issues in relation to a return, order wrong size, Dan on the chat line was really helpful and an asset to your company. Have just ordered a different pair and hopefully they will arrive as soon as the other pair. Great company would recommend highly”

“I ordered a pair of Proquip StormFORCE PX8 Waterproof Trousers. I had previouly ordered the jacket. I wasn't too sure of the size to order as these can vary across the menufacturers, so I ordered the larger size on the waste. These arrived much quicker than I had expected, just two days after I ordered them. Unfortunately, they were too loose on the waste, even allowing for the fact that thy would be warn over my trousers. I then had to follow the process to return them. This couldn't be simpler. I was able to use the QR code provided to follow their returns process. This included printing off an inner and outer address label. I ensured the item was securely packaged and dropped it off at a local approved distribution point. The QR code on my phone was all I needed to show when I arrived. No money was needed. This item was received within 24 hours and I received acknowledgement that it had been received. The replaced item was sent out immediately and within 2 days I received it. These fitted perfectly. I have not been charged anything for returning the goods, perhaps I should have been. An excellent service and a quality item. Will have no hessitation in buying more items from The GolfShop Online.”
