“It must be made clear before commitment to ordering that DPD deliveries will require signature, even for a box of golf balls and 2 gloves. You won't even know your projected timeslot until well into that morning which can be too late to avoid potentially disastrous defaults.”

“I have needed to return an item recently under warranty and another item that was a wrong size and their returns procedure is simple to follow, it is inexpensive and one item was replaced promptly under warranty and a refund was issued for the other item. A very good company to deal with and I would highly recommend them.”
