“I've purchased a few things at The Golf Shop Online and have been well pleased. I did on one occasion, on recieving delivery of my goods at night, contact customer service for something that turned out to be nothing to do with TGSO but stupidity on my part. When the guys in customer service got back to me first thing in the morning I don't think that they could have had time for a cup of tea before contacting me they were that quick. Maybe the first thing they do is read their customer emails/queries. They were very helpful and respectful in pointing out where I had actually went wrong. I've purchased items since and will continue to do so. 👍”

“I was impressed with the efficiency of the delivery but my husband was a little disappointed with the quality...the sleeves were tighter, the collar smaller and the material thinner. He has bought Footjoy for many years. It has to be said it was certainly cheaper to purchase from you compared to the Pro shops. Thanks”

“Had to phone the Golf Shop when I made an order as I had typed my email incorrectly and didn’t receive a confirmation email. Really helpful, changed my details and resent the confirmation email immediately. Item arrived then just a few days later. Would use again”
