“The courier didn’t even wait for the door to be answered on the first date and left without delivering or a note to say they tried even though I was in all day as I work from home. I then had to reschedule the delivery and when it arrived the packaging (if it can be called packaging) was ripped and the contents of the delivery was visible which spoilt the surprise of the contents which were being given to someone”

“Ive ordered a few times from you and impressed by your service. My golf trousers were delivered on the hangar and carefully packed, unlike some online stores where the garment appears to be stuffed into the bag”

“Came across The Golf Shop Online via a Google search. Website was very eays to navigate and price was best among other researched sellers. Delivery updates were sent regularly and item arrived on time in perfect condition.”

“Had an issue with my ION Elite gps watch, actually contacted Bushnell in the first instance and am still waiting for a response 😖. But on the other hand contacted GSO returned item and within 48 hours replacement was on my wrist, which is a fantastic support service. Well done GSO. Highly recommend 👏👏👏.”

“I ordered a Powakaddy bag recently but almost immediately realised that I had chosen the wrong one. I emailed the Golf Shop straightaway explaining the situation, saying that I needed another lighter bag. Julia contacted me and was quickly and easily make the change for me, together with a refund for the more expensive initial order. Most impressed with the service and the subsequent speedy delivery.”
