“DPD allegedly tried to deliver, next information was that the parcel would be at the nearest collection point when given code. Few days later, tracked parcel, information given that parcel was heading back to Golf Shop Online. Maybe time to change your delivery company? I live at a UK address with a postcode. I await my refund.”

It is certainly frustrating to hear that the delivery attempt was not successful and that you were subsequently informed the parcel was being returned to us. Please rest assured, we are investigating this with DPD to understand what went wrong and how we can improve the process. Regarding your refund, as soon as the parcel is returned to us, we will process it immediately. You should see the refund reflected in your account shortly thereafter. “The top I bought was advertised as Galvin Green “insula”. But it is much thinner material than other insulation tops I have. Still a nice item though so I’ve kept it. Service and delivery was very good.”
