“Made two order one on Sunday one on Monday the Monday order has arrived the Sunday order still not even dispatched this day and age terrible customer service if Amazon can deliver same day a smallish online business that relies on sales should be able dispatch in less than a week unacceptable”

While we do keep a large amount of stock, some specialist items are ordered in from the manufacturer, which can slightly extend the dispatch time. “Offered discount voucher while shopping, then not allowed to use at checkout for multiple item purchases. Then a day or so after my order I received a promotional offer of four for three boxes of balls, which is what I had just ordered.”

Thank you for your review. Our system will only allow one voucher code to be used at a time, and this cannot be used in conjunction with multi-buy offers. If you feel the voucher had a bigger reduction than the multi-buy price you received, please do let us know and we would be happy to amend this for you.
