Hi Ian, I’m sorry for the trouble with your delivery. It was good to speak with you earlier. We’ve contacted DHL, as the parcel hadn’t been scanned for a few days, and they started a full search. They’ve now located it, and it’s due to go back out for delivery tomorrow. As we agreed on the phone, if that delivery fails, I have a backup order ready to go with DPD so you’ll receive it by Thursday at the latest. Sorry again for the delay — we’re on it and will make sure this gets sorted for you. Kind Regards Julia The Golf Shop Online
