“When the item arrived the box it came in was really badly damaged and I was surprised that the item wasn’t either”

Helpful Report

Posted 5 months ago

We’re really sorry to hear the packaging arrived in such poor condition, although we’re pleased the Ping Travel Cover itself wasn’t damaged. We understand how disappointing this must have been to receive and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We’ll be feeding this back to our courier and warehouse teams to help prevent this happening again. Thank you for your feedback and for your support.
