“I got a hotel break voucher for a friend who was getting married. I didn't see the voucher myself because I had it sent to the couple directly. They were really pleased with it, but unfortunately they ended up having to contact the sender because they did not know who it was from as they forgot to add the personalised message. Or so I was told. This was rather a disappointing factor to me. I realise where people work, mistakes are made, but I wish the handling would have been better. At least the gift is great and they are happy with it.”
