My address is on the billing address and I didn’t feel comfortable with someone I barely know having my address.

“The gift itself was first class, but the website requires modification. I originally made a request for a specific dated newspaper and went through the entire process on the site. However, I later received an apology stating that the specific newspaper was not available and an alternative was suggested. The alternative turned out to be excellent, but surely it should be possible to keep the site updated in order to advise customers at the point of purchase that the specific item is unavailable?”
“The item was lovely much better than expected. I was a bit worried that the quality would be poor but the cushions were much plumper and larger than expected with good quality material. Only slight concern was when I placed an order I did not get a confirmation email. That worried me slightly as I needed the item by a set date and had no way of looking up the order.”

The website was super easy to use and I found it really easy to find what I wanted and put the text on I wanted too, this was done on a smart phone. I payed for the faster delivery and it took 6 days to come, which is understandable due to effects of covid. However when I contacted customer services they we’re really friendly and really quick to help me.”
