“TFC had the unit I wanted in stock and at a competitive price. It came well-packaged and in a short time frame. The product (a print viewing lamp made by Calibrite) is excelent too.”

“Swift delivery which was free as a first order. However I would not have paid £9.99 for delivery and would have shopped elsewhere if it were not reasonable.”

Hi Martyn, thank you very much for the five-star review and for your feedback. Regarding delivery, we are currently in the process of introducing a tiered shipping structure. This will give smaller items the option of a £4.50 Royal Mail 2–3 day service, alongside our express £9.95 UPS delivery, which you received on this order. We also offer free delivery on all orders over £150, and we’re glad you were able to take advantage of the free delivery voucher by signing up to our newsletter. At the moment, we are in the middle of weighing and measuring our full range of over 3,000+ products to enable this change. We expect the new pricing structure to be live within the next few weeks, and I can confirm that the item from your recent order will qualify for the lower-cost small item service.
