I've gone to several training days with the flash centre and each time I've been the guys are amazing, know there stuff and if they don't they find out. However my last experience with a product I bought and had to return I have to be honest and say these guys make you feel part of the family. Nothing is a problem, showed me how to sync my trigger what things meant and even sent me a video how to connect a part to my softbox. Birmingham centre is where I'll go if I ever want to purchase, take part on training or need help with any of my equipment because both these gents know how to keep a customer and how to provide customer services.
