Thank you so much for leaving a review! Whilst it's never nice to read the not-so-perfect reviews, it's absolutely invaluable for us to hear this kind of feedback so we can perfect our service. For orders over £150 we offer free courier delivery on all orders, for orders under £150 we also use a premium courier service, but we are currently exploring the option of an economy service for customers such as yourself that would like a cheaper shipping price. Watch this space! In the meantime, for orders under £150, we do offer a free courier delivery coupon if you sign up to our newsletter. Something to bare in mind for next time. “Unfortunately one of the flash heads was defective, bit of a palaver initially to get the unit replaced; but once customer support understood the issue the return happened without further a do. Hopefully the replacement will be on it’s way very soon.”
