“I ordered a tether cable late in the afternoon and it was delivered by 11.30 the next day. This was excellent service seeing as the country was in lockdown. My address when ordered was not displayed correctly for some reason and they gave me a quick call to sort this out. I will be using the Flash Center again. Recommended.”

“First class service from beginning to end. I initially thought an inner diffuser was missing so contacted Mike. He responded very quickly offering to send a replacement immediately however it was my mistake and nothing was missing. Nonetheless Mikes willingness to resolve things as a matter of urgency was much appreciated.”

“The service I received on the phone was excellent ( B’ham store ) and helped me rethink my intended purchase ( it was a flash trigger/receiver half the price of the item I was considering but with the same functionality and reliability ). I placed an online order shortly after and received the item the next day which was great and gave me chance to try them out.. so far all good and working as intended. Very pleased with the technical support and knowledge which guided me in the right direction. I’ve since been back and bought a second receiver, also delivered promptly and looking forward to using shortly ..Many thanks.”

“I have always been pleased with the service I receive from the staff. They have been prompt with their communications and deliveries. With my most recent order I was impressed that Mike Rowley contacted me to check an item I had not realised was included in another part of the order. It saved a lot of extra work for both of us.”

“Always found that the Flash Centre has delivered in my dealings with them. Whether is for the delivery of a tailored course (portraiture in my case) or a specific piece of equipment, they have been very helpful. That extends to advice as well. When I had a new gizmo that wasn’t working correctly, they were able to offer assistance by phone and then subsequently in shop for no charge. Happy to recommend.”

“Very helpful service Ordered a tripod but when I received it I 'd ordered the wrong one. TFC ordered the correct one for me and did a price match. Returned the the one incorrectly ordered and now awaiting deliver of the new tripod and a refund for the one returned.”
