“Customer service was very good regarding an issue I had and usually I find the fish society is superior in quality.”

“There was a problem with the delivery which was due to DHL, and the Fish Society were brilliant and immediately sent out another parcel (no charge) with a different delivery company. Even better you can get through to them on the phone which is answered immediately (unlike other companies where you have to grapple with a complicated call system).”

“Fantastic batch of fish on my last order and I was surprised at how generous the fillets of plaice and lemon sole were. Arrived as usual well boxed with plenty of cold gel packets which kept the fish frozen - and delivered on time. Thank you for a perfect order!!”
