This was a gift for somebody. It was delivered on time, and I was told it was beautifully packaged and fresh. Full marks for this, at this time of the year. It provided a meal for a number of people, all of whom were impressed by the flavour.

It didn’t. My New Year’s Eve order (booked for 30th) never arrived. No explanation. No one answering phones on 31/12. There went my plans for dinner for 17 people.

You delivered excellent fish when you said you would in perfect packaging so that it was ready for us to prepare a tasty starter for Christmas Dinner. Very reliable and you told the truth about the purchase, it was great and it made us very happy
