“I didn’t receive my order. Placed on the 10th Dec for delivery on 29th Dec, I sent 3 emails and received a response on 2nd Jan saying that DPD had lost my parcel. Then I was refunded and told the item was out of stock. So disappointed as I bought it as a present.”

“As always everything arrived perfectly frozen and no problem with items. Unfortunately it was delivered to the wrong address no.30 and not no.32 Number 30 is in a different building so I had to have a wander around to find the parcel. That meant a lot of stairs for my poor old arthritic knees. The parcel was addressed correctly and so the mistake was the courier. I did try to explain to the courier company just to FYI them but I couldn't speak to a person so gave up.”

“I ordered my box for Christmas Eve and when it hadn’t arrived I contacted customer services. They suspected it had gone missing in the post and offered to send a new box. Cassandra was fantastic and did her best to get the box to me by New Year’s Eve. And it arrived and the fish was absolutely delicious. We will certainly be ordering from you again. Thank you.”
