“The delivery was left on a very hot day with no notification it had just arrived ? All I wanted was for them to ring the door bell to let me know it had arrived not just leave it ! I am aware they sent an image BUT I am not glued to my phone 24/7 as I was in and expected them to ring my door bell not leave it to spoil in this hot weather.”

“The delivery was as promised, fully sealed with ice packs etc.. I’m only marking down as it seems some of the oysters were dead before packaging, but I am ignorant to oyster health.”

“I have ordered a range of fish from the Fish Society 4 or 5 times now. My initial scepticism about all the fish being frozen and possible issues about freshness was totally unfounded. All the fish I have had - black cod, hake, gurnard, and many others have all been super fresh and, in my opinion, of really great quality. I am now hooked, to coin a phrase, and have joined the member scheme which gives free delivery and a changing range of special offers. A very satisfied customer. Thankyou.”
