“Having checked it would be in the U.K. lobster season, I ordered lobster 5 weeks before I needed it for a very special lunch in June. I had paid the before 1:00pm Saturday surcharge. Two days before delivery the courier told me they had received notification from The Fish Society but at 10:00 the day before delivery was due I received a phone call from The Fish Society to say they had no lobsters. The website claims their supplies are frozen so why, having given so much notice, were they unable to source and put the lobsters aside for me? I feel they could have given me more notice and will not use them again or recommend them.”
