“My order thankfully arrived on the exact date I’d ordered it to, the 23rd Dec when deliveries and orders must have been at the most hectic. It was protected very carefully and packed in ice packets to maintain its freshness. I was delighted by the contents of my parcel. Absolutely stunning quality smoked salmon for my family and I to enjoy for breakfasts, lunches and canapés over the festive period. Will order again without doubt.”

“When the Fish Society initially used polystyrene boxes to ship its products to me in Scotland, the packaging kept the products in good condition and frozen where applicable. When they changed to cardboard boxes as packaging, I felt that the products didn’t arrive in such a good condition. However extra eco padding has now been included to wrap the product up, and together with the ice packs etc. keep it at the right temperature in the cardboard boxes. This now works well I think.”

“Good service, obviously will be quite dependent on how well DPD manages to do the delivery on the day. While some products were great, some a let down and a waste of money. Also, popular items seem to be frequently out of stock - making the membership a bit useless if you can't order what you'd like.”
