“This was my first order with the Fish Society they did apologise for ruining my Christmas food order but it didn’t feel very genuine given they were aware the product was out of stock and admitted they did not have time to contact all those affected despite a Christmas order being quite time sensitive. Not sure I would use again other companies have never let me down at Christmas.”
