“Ordered a jar of red and a jar of black caviar. The black was perfectly fine, and the red one was spoiled. However The Fish Society made a refund as soon as I contacted them. Packaging and delivery 10 out of 10.”

“I’m not here to throw a full-on Karen tantrum, but I guess this might qualify. I purchased the miso cod, which isn’t exactly a budget-friendly option, only to find a special guest (a parasite) in my meal. Lovely. Now, I get it—these things can happen. Fish is fish, and nature sometimes stows away uninvited extras. However, I was only refunded for the item itself. That’s it. When you discover something squirmy in your dinner, it doesn’t exactly make you eager to tuck into the other items on the plate. So, essentially, my "compensation" for an expensive, parasite-ridden meal being ruined was...having it for free, which is the bare minimum. I’d have hoped for a more thoughtful resolution—perhaps a goodwill gesture to restore my confidence. A little customer care would go a long way here. Disappointing experience overall.”

“The prawns were not fresh unlike our previous orders. It was really hard to devein them and take the shells off after cooking as the shells stuck to the meat, a big sign of old stale prawns. I understand that you might have had lots of orders for NYE but we preferred you for the quality and I am disappointed”
