“As a first time customer, I just ordered what I would usually buy. The amount in the packs are real value for my money. Although the total bill was 3 digits what I bought was really worth it! Bulk buying this way for me is cost effective. I was impressed with the instructions on each of the packs of fish I bought. I was also very impressed with the ice guidance provided, it shows every attention to detail was accounted for. Packaging was 2 boxes which made it easier for me to recycle without too much excess waste. Everything I was looking for on the website I found. The only thing that was sold out was the sea bream...next time... Thank you!”

“Finding good quality, sustainable fish is hard to find - but The Fish Society is definitely the place to go! Excellent produce arrived on time and well packaged! Most went straight into the freezer - but the mussels and bream were cooked that evening - excellent! Two very happy seafood lovers!!”

“The products are great. Brilliant choices and always new products on offer. But you need to review your delivery options. My last delivery was outside in the bushes, which I had to go and find ! Its not good enough telling us the driver may not be bothered to ring your bell. This is fresh produce you sell and needs to be delivered to your door. As an elderly person I am always here to take orders in. May not order again if there is no guarantee of a face to face delivery. This is the first problem I have ever had with DPD.”

“Received king prawns on day requested. These prawns are sourced from Ecuador and are much more meatier and tasty than the ones from you used to sell. Also they are much easier to get out of the box. I am disapointed that you are discontinuing the reward points its not worth me paying £5 a month for a membership.”

“The Fish Society made me happy by being incredibly reliable. Their sashimi-grade fish always arrives on time, perfectly packaged, and still cold. I appreciated the option to leave a message for the courier and how easy it was to book my delivery in advance. “Brilliant service as always from the Fish Society. Great delivery of XL Prawns, butterflied Sardines and Wild Hake Fillets. Price and delivery was spot on. Only down side is that their reward scheme is ending. I had a substantial discount using mine up.”
