“Excellent service, I made an enquiry as soon as I placed my order and within 25 minutes I had a response. I had an urgent order & they dispatched the same day and I received them the following.. I wasn't sure how many feathers to expect so I was pleasantly surprised and also how well they were packaged and great condition. Would highly recommend and would definitely use you again. Many thanks Marsha”

Hi. I am sorry you have not received your order yet. Your feathers were dispatched on the Monday 16th November having received your order on Sunday 15th November. As you chose EU standard delivery we do ask customers to allow 10 working days for delivery which would take you to Friday 27th November. “The feather brooches I purchased are really beautiful. I got the idea for Christmas present for my sister when visiting a Christmas fair in London where we saw very similar decorated on hats. I thought I would also like one to pin on a new tweed jacket I had bought. My only beef was having to purchase three as a minimum order but I will no doubt find another coat to pin it to. In all quite delighted.”

“Great service, from the minute I spoke to you, good advice, and lots of help regarding products. My only complaint is that there is no trade price list - quite hard when trying to make a profit on a commissioned product? The products are good.”

“So pleased with my feather brooches which I ordered online for myself and the family for a wedding where feathers are part of the dress code. They are of a brilliant quality and very stylish - both for men and women. Arrived beautifully packed. All in all a very good experience and would definitely not hesitate to recommend to friends or to use again should the opportunity arise.”

“Ordered two cocktail brooches and a hat mount. They were fabulous. Also ordered the red partridge feathers again lovely though would have preferred feathers on both sides Staff very pleasant and goods arrived quickly and well packed.”

“I had ordered feathers on the internet from another company over the weekend only to have a phone call on the Monday morning to say they had none in stock. I called the Feather Factory who had all the feathers in stock and could deliver them in time for the function. It was good to be able to talk to someone.”

“Thank yo so very much. My Feathers are beautiful. There are oodles of them! So far I have trimmed a crochet hat I made and strung some around fairy lights. Brooch adorable. Pinned to hat at present.”
