Hi Nigel, so sorry to hear this. I'm sorry to see you haven't responded following my email to you. There appeared to be a problem with your daughter's address in that you missed the house number, which is the likely cause of delay. As I explained in my email, if your cards are returned, I'll be back in touch to get the house number and I'll send them out again for you at no extra charge.
