Hi Marina, thank you so much for your continued orders, I really appreciate it! Prices continue to rise sadly, but 99.9% of my cards are made and designed in the UK, not overseas, therefore I'm unable to offer Card Factory type prices. The plus side of this is that nobody has been exploited in the making of our cards, they all come from FSC sustainable sources, and the designer has received earnings from wholesaling that allows them to continue making awesome cards and products for us. Although I appreciate that not everyone can afford our cards, I hope you feel it's a trade-off worth spending a little more on.

Hi Deborah, Many thanks for your recent review of the card for your great-granddaughter. I'm really sorry to hear there was no envelope with it - I can't quite believe that I did that! I pack all the orders myself and I always put handwritten cards in their own envelopes and then in an outer board-backed envelope when they're coming straight back to the purchaser. But if you say there was no envelope in the package at all then I guess this must have been a momentary blip in my packing that day! I'm contacting you by email today to offer a resolution to this mistake, and I thank you for leaving me a generous four star review despite this mistake. Very best wishes Claire @PancakeHQ

“Excellent service, however the Shopify checkout experience is awful. What is the point in having addresses stored within Curious Pancake if they are then not accepted by Shopify? Not intuitive to ship to multiple addresses eithwr and whilst Claire and co do a great job, the order finalising and payment side is a let down.”
