“We have used this company twice to send gifts to relatives in Switzerland. I found the website easy to use and was able to quickly place an order both times. The recipients were delighted with the contents of both hampers, which were delivered on the expected date. I had a query regarding my first order and was contacted immediately to sort it out. Overall we felt the service was efficient and very good value.”

“In a word...Excellent! Last December I used The British Hamper Company to send a couple of my overseas clients, 'Thank You' gestures. Their hampers and gift boxes were so well received that I immediately ordered them for the rest of our VIP customers. I have since used The British Hamper Company to send gifts to my nearest and dearest and they have all loved them. The customer service I received from Sam was exactly what you'd want and expect, plus she went above and beyond for me cause I left little time to sort it all. I don't tend to write many reviews but know the importance of spreading thw word and when you get good service like this, it deserves to be shared. 10/10, you are my go to for that little extra special thank you gifts. “I ordered the Superior Traditional Hamper as a Sympathy gift for my Aunt. She has lived in the U.S. for over 50 years but still has family and friends in England. I wanted a special gift that wasn't your run of the mill fruit basket or flowers. The photos and description of the item I purchased were spot on! Delivery was quick and my Aunt was thrilled. She was amazed at the box the hamper arrived in as well as the Hamper and it's contents. This was one of the best gifts I have ever ordered for someone. I will definitely order from the British Hamper Company again!”

“''Very Good'' does not begin to express my overall experience of the hamper I ordered and general service , OUTSTANDING / EXCELLENT/ SUPERLATIVE, are much nearer the mark. I love the ease of ordering, the speed and the delivery process, and, although you were not directly responsible for the delivery driver, I would also mention that he was also particularly pleasant , so it was all so good. As for the hamper - I ordered the diabetic one, as having done an internet search, these are pretty hard to find, so really cannot thank this company enough for offering such an amazing choice. The packaging, presentation and wrapping far exceeded my expectation , ( the wrapping is really nice and the gift card matches). The recipient was truly delighted. I am not easy impressed, and rarely write reviews, but I am happy to recommend this company 100%. My sincere thanks to all.”

“We ordered the Gourmet Traditional Hamper as a Thank You Gift following a stay at a friend's house. The delivery date was bang on (in fact, it came a day early) and the contents were exactly as we were hoping for. A great selection of British classics dressed in a beautiful box. Top stuff!”

“Everything about using the company was excellent, from the ease of ordering through to the positive comments of the couple receiving their hamper. I could track the order with ease and tell the couple that they should be expecting a delivery on a particular day.The hamper arrived on that day and photographs of the packaging showed how beautifully it had been wrapped. Most importantly of all the taste of all the goodies was described as excellent.”
