“Easy website to use, very prompt service, and recipients of hampers are always delighted with the contents. British Hampers do a great job both in the U.K. and overseas -- we sent a hamper to Australia to a sick friend and it was at her doorstep within a week.”

“The gentleman I dealt with (Adam) was accommodating, willing to swap out one sweet item for some British tea instead with the hamper I ordered. It was just before Easter and with the statutory holidays ahead, he made absolutely sure when he came in after Easter that the hamper would arrive on time in Germany, which it did. We have not yet heard from the recipient (it is for her 90th birthday on 27th April) but we are sure she will be delighted, as we were with the service. Thank you for your help - would use your company again if needed.”

“The Hamper arrived before the originally arranged date! All emails were sent to me here in England instead of to the intended recipient in Australia! However, once received and opened during their family holiday, it was given 10/10 ! Packaging was excellent as were the contents which were enjoyed by all the family in Australia.”

“There is a great variety of hampers to choose from and a wide price range too. I also liked to be able to talk to a person on the phone, and sending it abroad was not a problem. The staff were particularly helpful and the hamper recipients were extremely pleased with their gifts. I shall definitely use them again.”

“I just wanted to express how impressed I am with The British Hamper Company. Not only do you have a huge variety of quality hampers, your personal customer service was outstanding! I ordered this yesterday at 10:00 EST and the family in Malta has just told me the basket has arrived and it was such a wonderful surprise full of scrumptious goodies. “We have used this company twice to send gifts to relatives in Switzerland. I found the website easy to use and was able to quickly place an order both times. The recipients were delighted with the contents of both hampers, which were delivered on the expected date. I had a query regarding my first order and was contacted immediately to sort it out. Overall we felt the service was efficient and very good value.”
