“this gift was received by my sister and brother inlaw who thanked me prefusely ( which they would do in anycase ) .... they did mention how much they enjoyed the fruit cake ... it was so rich it was almost like a xmas pudding !”

“My son tells me the contents gave great pleasure.However there was a problem with delivery.I had an Email indicating the hamper was being delivered to an address in Gosport! There was obviously wrong labelling, it was not any fault by the delivery firm.after a bit of a delay the hamper did arrive at my son's address Charney Bassett a little village near Oxford.So all ended well.”

“I recently bought a Christmas hamper for my son and his family of almost grown up children in the USA. I was extremely pleased with your delivery service and also with the number of items included. However I would have liked it to have included perhaps some jars of pate or similar ar potted cheeses especially if you could find them produced from local ingredients in Lincolnshire. I am aware of the problems involved in importing certain foods into the USA but surely there must be some things that are possible or some way to this. And I am not even mentioning alcohol but what about the local non-alcoholic gin. I chose your hamper because it was local and also better value than others I had seen including the famous ones.”

“The sales team, particularly Georgina and Rebecca were really helpful, particulary regarding a sensitive issue, patiently waiting for a delivery date for this particular hamper. Out Christmas hampers last year were delivered as promised and everyone seems to have enjoyed them.”

“With my son and his (Australian) girlfriend living in Queensland, it is very hard to find presents that might bring smiles to their faces. They were delighted with their hamper (which arrived early: thank you!). The only reason I am not giving you five stars is because I cannot guage how good the value is, although there seemed lots of lovely variety.”

“I had to wait a few weeks for wicker hamper availability to ship to EU. They responded to my enquiry e mail same day and the information was honest and correct. Ordering online from USA for delivery to EU using a UK bank account was easy. The hamper was delivered on time and left with a neighbor. I never saw the hamper but my friend was happy. I would have liked to add a bottle of champagne but difficult to ship to EU. I would use British Hamper company again and I would recommend.”

“Good gift for friends and families. Well worth it. I appreciate the customer service personnel (Lorraine) that attend to my needs in a professional manner. She went above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied with my questions. One thing, I will encourage the company to let the customer know when the items will expire before buying it, because these are consumable items. Overall, I’m happy.”
