“What a fantastic business/ company. Website is very user friendly and easy to navigate around, hamper options, charges and process all explicitly well explained. My husband tried to send a simple gift to a colleague in Portugal through his company but the item got returned after nearly 2 months in transit due to issues with customs. I found the British Hamper Company, placed an order late Friday evening and we had a photo from our Portuguese friend holding his amazing hamper 2 days later! Absolutely incredible service from an expert company who are great at their jobs. Thank you for your help and I shall be spreading the word to all family and friends.”

“I purchased this custom-made gift basket for a friend who recently lost her mum. My friend lives in the US but Mum passed in the UK. My friend was absolutely over the moon when she received her gift basket as it contained many items that reminded her of her Mum and the years they spent together. “I have sent hampers with this company before, including sending some to the US. They keep you updated at every stage, and the recipients are always thoroughly delighted with their hampers. I recently arranged a delivery for a friend's special birthday, but we had problems with the text service, since the person had travelled abroad, and couldn't find the text or e-mail. However, Lorraine at Customer Services was so helfpul, and we finally managed to get it sent at a later date. My friend was overjoyed to receive such an amazing hamper, and I believe it made her day.
