“Everything delivered as planned. The recipients live in the south of Italy and they were delighted with the contents of the hamper (one of the tea time articles with a bottle of prosecco) and also the packing. All in all there are no complaints at all so this review gives full marks.”

“Amazing service at Christmastime. Far exceeded my expectation in delivery timescales. I ordered late to send a hamper to the USA. Thought it would be delivered after Christmas and it arrived Christmas Eve. Recipient loved it. Would highly recommend.”

“My family in the US loved getting a British food hamper. They've visited the UK before but never really felt brave enough to try food that they weren't familiar with. So with the British food hamper they were forced to try something new! I chose a delivery date about 3 weeks into the future and it arrived 1 day early. I certainly can't complain with that since the coordination involved in getting the hamper through US customs has to be difficult. Definitely recommend!”

“I don't know what the quality of the products was as I have not had a feed back from the recipient but I am not at all pleased with the sending procedure For some unknown reason the recipients address was changed to one that I had never heard of. It was in the same town but in a different place. I kept getting messages from the company to say that the hamper could not be delivered because the recipient HAD MOVED !!! Even when I advised them of their mistake it I still kept getting the same message. Eventually I had to ring up and complain.......I was getting worried that the hamper would not be delivered in time.... this caused me a lot of distress and a further expense of having to phone the recipient in the USA several times. Eventually the hamper was delivered but with no apology from the company or anyone else NEVER AGAIN!!!”

“The lady with whom I corresponded was very helpful. Although the delivery date was shown as arriving after Christmas in Japan, she said she would try her best to make sure it arrived before Christmas; and it did!”

“I've ordered from The British Hamper Company on a number of occasions, both for personal and business gifts. The products are of extremely high quality and are very good value. The presentation is always top notch and the wide range of products means that there's something for everyone. The website is easy to navigate and the prices are very clear, including any shipping costs. My friends, family and clients have always been thrilled to receive a hamper. I'm hoping one day that I'll get one given to me - I'm very jealous!”

“I love The British Hamper Company! I have used them for years, and they have never let me down. The food is delicious, and they keep me advised all the time of when the hamper will be delivered. As my son and his family live in America, it is brilliant that I can send them a present for Christmas that contains the best of British food, and to know that it will be delivered safely, and on time. They have remarked that they have to hide some of the contents until Christmas Day because the children keep sneaking things out of the box! So, well done, British Hamper Company, and I will continue to use your services for many years in the future.”

“We found it easy to select our hampers and completing the order was a breeze. One went to our son and family in the UK and the other to our daughter and family in North Carolina. “I ordered 2 Hampers for Xmas, I then received a mail advising that one i had chosen was out of stock and was offered an alternative of a much higher value alternative, at no extra charge! Both hampers were delivered the nxt day, one to the UK and one to Spain! Quality of all items was exceptional. I made an excellent choice picking TBHCo, a great Xmas gift of great quality from a Co that offers a first class service. What more can I say, oh yes, i'll be ordering again next year! Well done TBHCo.”
