“Difficult to fully know as the hamper was a gift for family in America! That said, it has been very well received and they have really appreciated the good quality items and localised produce. The website was easy to use, and the gift boxes look beautiful. We particularly liked the ‘British Box’ appearance. I made a mistake with the address of the recipient and it was dealt with very promptly and helpfully by The British Company and their delivery service - could not fault at all. Thank you for a great choice and a great service.”

“My friends in Switzerland love their hampers. I build my own to ensure they get something unique to them. I can only do this through the British Hamper Co. to do it myself would be a nightmare of customs forms. Everything is top quality. Delivery is excellent. Great communication. The company even picked up when I made an error with a Christmas hamper and put a wrong date in! Fantastic service. Thank you”
