“When I first enquired about bicke insurance I was given a quote at the end of the call I sed I would like to give it some consideration I was told that I had to accept it ther and then or the offer would not stand I thought it sounds like hard sell so I declined, The offer arived by Email the next day jurying the initial enquire I was asked if the bike had the Yamaha ignition security system as it was something I was unaware of I assumed it was standard and it was a feature of the bike so it was included in the quote. I later called the suplyer and was informed it was not fitted to this model I rang the agent he changed me an additional £43 pounds which made the quote seventh on price but the cacleation would have cost even more I felt that I had been tricked I The discovers that I had been charged £7.40 for the call as a result I will not be using bikeshuer again and advising others to be careful Disappointed Peter”
