“I have a Honda Gold Wing for which many insurers would not give a quote or, it was between £8,500 & £9,000 for a year’s insurance. This was, they said, due to the bikes value. The Bike Insurer got me a quote of just over £300 and when I wanted legal cover it became around £350 for a year. (A vast difference from £9,000!!!) The people I dealt with were very helpful, went through everything so I was completely aware of all aspects and knew exactly what was and wasn’t covered. I was happy with the quote, (even with a total excess of £1,000) so am now insured with the Bike Insurers.”

“Easy to use. Could offer more options as in which insurer offers guaranteed valuation for classic machines and multiple bike discounts. Which insures will contact your previous insurer for your no claims history. Other than this fairly satisfied.”

“Thanks to the bike insurer, I found a like for like the insurance quote with bike direct for £191 when Swinton wanted £606.00 to renew with them for a third year running. And no, I haven't run over anyone and killed or maimed them, and I haven't had any bikes stolen nor been done for any serious riding/driving offences. I'm just a 55 year old,very experienced rider on V Strom doing less than 5k miles a year. So thank you to the bike insurer and to bike insurance direct. And nice try Swinton,but bye bye!”

“Once the personal details are submitted the large number of quotes arrive and make for interesting reading. The good news was that it saved me over £150 on the renewal quote my previous company offered.”
