“My insurer, Carol Nash appears totally dishonest in their approach. A phone call to change my insurance for a new motorcycle resulted in a massive hike in my premium. I then go on line as an “incognito customer” and request a quote for the same motorcycle and receive a quote for less than half the price of the original quote. Where is the honesty or consistency in this? it made me feel extremely angry about the way that they handled me as a customer. Caveat emptor!!”

“I was very pleased with the bike insurer & when I wasn't sure about a few things I gave them a call & spoke to an adviser who was very helpful & also was able to get my insurance a bit cheaper so I'm a happy customer thanks”

“Beneficial part of the investigation of not the market. Still need to be careful to ensure details given do not have hidden extras. I chose one listed and I knew them prior. One of the insurance company name themselves Triumph Insurance, it was misleading as they are nothing to do with Triumph motor cycles. Be virulent.”
