“Web site performed well for response times and data entry. Good range of insurance options. The options are the things that can make a big difference to the quotes so would be nice to have a comparison table of top5 deals for example showing all of the options and their prices. You can get this detail but have to search each individual quote and look for the small print. Will use again next year as renewal quotes are ALWAYS more expensive than new customer quotes. Zero loyalty in insurance unfortunately.”

“Very good comparison site and easy to use but I was dismayed when they declined my cashback that I was claiming through TopCashBack, from where I had reached The Bike Insurer. This may eventually be resolved as I have made a claim, in which case I will give 5 stars.”

“Good prices and friendly, helpful staff. My only gripes are the ludicrous requirement to advise of every single modification from "factory standard" and a lack of sensible guidance as to what might or might not be required irrespective of any change in performance of my bikes. With three bikes, two being quite old, this is not an easy task. Whilst probably imposed on The Bike Insurer by desk bound number crunchers calling themselves underwriters my previous insurer provided an extensive list of items that need not be declared. Also, with three bikes to insure, I received three complete sets of documentation, 90% of which is duplicated with very limited reference between the three apparently separate policies.”
