“Very happy with my first experience EVER. Booking and paying for insurance online leaves you feeling like, gosh, am I REALLY insured?? With tax and insurance now all being done online it feels a bit weird without papers all over the place but once you've done it... Damn it feels good. I can finally turf out that old grey filing cabinet and go buy something much better looking from IKEA or maybe even a jacuzzi!”

“Did a quote online, got a good price but website crashed as I paid. Asked a family member to do it for me only for them to be told that the quote reference number is invalid. I called again and read the reference number directly from the page to be told I was wrong, the number doesn't exist. Shame, was a good quote. Waste of half hour answering questions online. I won't be dealing with this shower again. It won't let me upload the screenshot of the reference either. Shambles.”
