“I find the customer services very good except for the contact times. I needed to change vehicles details quickly due to a break down and find having to wait for office hours most inconvenient, my son had to be late for college and I had to change shifts just to be able to change the policy onto another moped......”

“Used Bike Insurer website to compare a range of policies to suit my needs as I found that Bennetts Insurance/ Saga Services was charging almost double compared to a friend's insurance company who had exactly the same model of bike and declared the same details as myself after we both passed our bike test. I changed policy but Bennetts did not fulfil my need and charged me almost £100 for amending the policy 3 weeks after an agreement and sent me a disgusting letter after refusing to listen to me and threatened me with action from Bailiffs. I am ending the policy just to move on. Carole Nash Insurance much better value and truly professional. Again the Bike Insurer website helped me tremendously to tailor the exact policy for my needs. Thank you.”
