After i took the policy out there was a change required which added a cost. This was an unacceptable cost so wanted to cancel the policy as there was a change. i was told that i would have to pay a cancellation fee which was more than the additional cost.

This was an utter pain in the arse to do. I was asked to send photos of the garage the bike was in, and after completing this and getting confirmation from them. I was asked once again to do this. I would sooner pay more for less of a pain in getting insurance.

Completed a quote online. Gave me a quote. When I purchased the quote and my price increased by £100. Wasn’t very happy at all

Told her what I had already been quoted, on phone for 20 minutes , £200 + more expensive , if you want business you’ve gotta be somewhere near for Christ sake.

Was ok mostly but then the monster screw up happened. I filled all my details with you but somehow when I went to buy my policy my ban had disappeared. Luckily I have video of the quote proving I put the van in but regardless when I purchased my policy and through you the ban had disappeared and my insurance was cancelled. I don’t know whether this is your fault or Principal insurance but I’m deeply annoyed with both of you as this has cost me money and I’ve had insurance cancelled. Not cool.

After paying £150 deposit then being rejected from doing monthly payments, I had to pay my policy IN FULL of £405.76 & was told that was everything included. Then I received a email saying that my policy was going to be cancelled due to a non-payment of £82.72 for a NCB from my previous insurer MCE & I thought you would have your policy go down not up especially with 2 years NCB. It was nice of the operator to give me an extension until the 25th, but still recieving a surprise email demanding a payment or getting my policy cancelled after paying £555.76 for the year was extremely annoying, which has made me consider going with another insurance company next year.

I didn't take out the insurance in the end. However, I was very annoyed that I had a call from an agency representing them after I had obtained a quote from a comparison site. I thought I'd ticked all the right boxes but maybe not!

I insured a bike in May. Three weeks later you emailed me six times saying the policy was due for renewal. Very annoying

This was one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had on a number of levels. Service, response time, cancelling of my contract, management review of the situation, etc. Not only will I not recommend but I will advise people never to do business with this organisation.

Trying to save me money? HA. I’ve spent more money on insurance for a 125 motorbike then I do my bmw car! Everything I do with you involves spending more money! Even to leave I need to rob a bank.

A great price until you realise that more often than not details submitted for a quote DO NOT transfer across to the insurers own software 100% thus having to contact them to correct errors and end up PAYING MORE!! Be warned and don’t assume :(

The price comparison was not correct. The company would not honour the quote

There is no way to differentiate insurance for a motorcycle and insurance for a car and as you have to do two, one on each one, why are you penalized for what happens in a car when trying to get motorcycle insurance?

I just got bogged down in the website and the tele support just wasn't up to scratch, so I went somewhere else.

I have a 600ccsportbike already and needed to also insure a moped just to pick up as a gift to my son... to cut a long story short I ended up having to take out 3rd party insurance as a new policy which resulted in me paying £20 more to insure the moped than my 600cc ...go figure??? Anyway the guy I spoke seemed short of ideas and I was short of time so I paid..won’t be making that mistake again.

When I called to take up the offer I was told it was more expensive than originally quoted. I'll think twice before using you again.
