Not happy with my bike insurance going up by 40 odd pounds after a change of address when my van insurance when down by 50 pounds.so for my van which i can park anywhere around the home the insurance costs the same as my motorcycle.difference is my van is worth 14000 and my bike a ONLY 1500.

Really annoying that you keep sending reminders that my insurance is expiring even after I have renewed it. Fix your computer so it doesn't do that.

Good when I got through. Getting through took hours. A complete nightmare. Not looking forward to contacting them again if I’m in need of their support

When I first enquired about bicke insurance I was given a quote at the end of the call I sed I would like to give it some consideration I was told that I had to accept it ther and then or the offer would not stand I thought it sounds like hard sell so I declined, The offer arived by Email the next day jurying the initial enquire I was asked if the bike had the Yamaha ignition security system as it was something I was unaware of I assumed it was standard and it was a feature of the bike so it was included in the quote. I later called the suplyer and was informed it was not fitted to this model I rang the agent he changed me an additional £43 pounds which made the quote seventh on price but the cacleation would have cost even more I felt that I had been tricked I The discovers that I had been charged £7.40 for the call as a result I will not be using bikeshuer again and advising others to be careful Disappointed Peter

My motorcycle is not kept in the same location as my registered address - I live in London however the bike is kept outside Inverness; although I made this known, the insurance that I bought and paid for turned out to be void because the insurer would not insure London addresses, despite the fact that the bike is at the other end of the UK. I therefore had to cancel it, pay a £15 admin fee and the result was no insurance. Next time, I would go straight to the insurers direct.

I have bought a new, specialist 2 stroke enduro motorcycle. The problem was, no online service recongised it.
