“A great surprise to find a company that goes that extra mile to get you what you need & wanted. I did try another (well known) bike site that was a price match but no care match. I have to add, after getting a price via computer I did finish on the phone & got a further reduction. It’s good to talk 😂 Neil H”

“When CN increased their excess and premium I went to The Bike Insurer and found a much better deal with a broker who provided an "Ageas" policy. Ageas were used by CN before they changed, increased their excess, and premiums. I went with "Go Skippy" and regrettably found that the schedule included an endorsement to exclude theft cover if my bike is parked outside my garage in my locality. Be warned not all policies are the same even if they are nominally comprehensive and comparison sites do not look at the small print.”

“I have had insurance with Bikesure in the past and said i wouldn't buy from them again due to their underhand charges, such as policy change fees and a policy i bought for £200 but had to cancel shortly afterward but never received a refund. I bought this policy from MCN and paid extra to avoid Bikesure, I did not realise MCN and bikesure are the same company, if I knew it was Bikesure I would not have purchased it and due to Bikesures awful customer services I could not cancel the policy wothout losing my premium. I will not be using The Bike Insurer again for this reason.”
